Dubravka Fazlic is a therapeutic consultant and nutrition coach. Since she was a little girl she was in the food producing business as well as her family. After struggling with emotional eating she realized she needed a change inside out and take a new approach to life. She ditched diets and dedicated her time to understanding her emotions, values, and needs.
Her vocation is to help others and to teach how to balance body, mind and emotions. She is NLP Master Trainer, therapeutic consultant, and nutrition coach. She also has a degree in economics. Her other great passion is mindfulness, and how to implement it in daily routine. She runs workshops, does individual sessions and has her own production of healthy snacks and food.
Dubravka will impart activities throughout the day to increase your strength or remodel your figure. There will also be a practice of mindfulness, a healthy-food-as-a-lifestyle workshop and free time to enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean and the beautiful villages of Croatia .

Our approach to facilitate the adoption of a healthy lifestyle starts on board: we prepare well balanced menus using always organic ingredients and superfoods. Through the fusion of healthy meals and unspoiled nature, in harmony with sea and wind, you will be filled with a new life energy. Delicious, locally sourced and organic meals will be cooked on board. We will sail for seven days throughout the beautiful Croatian coast and we will sleep on board the catamaran, where we will be able to enjoy the starry skies and the best sunsets in the world from a unique point of view.

It’s learning to let go of the constant dialogue of a busy mind and concentrating fully on the sights and the smells and the sounds around you. When mindful, you think of only the moment you’re in, nothing else.
And where better to do that than on a catamaran while sailing along beautiful coast of Croatia, where every moment is blissful?
DAY 1 Split to Šolta (D)
Arrival to Split airport and meeting with your chauffeur for a private transfer to the marina where you will meet your skipper and board your boat. In the afternoon, you will set sail to the island of Šolta, most famous for its extraordinary honey and olive oil. Introductory talk on energy in food, how to consciously feed ourselves and detoxify our organism. Welcome dinner at traditional sea food restaurant. Overnight in one of Šolta’s several harbors.
DAY 2 From Šolta to Vis (B,L,D)
Waking up early in the morning with the rising Sun. We will enjoy smells and views practicing conscious breathing. After practice we will all together prepare a healthy breakfast from fresh domestic ingredients. Sail from Šolta toward Vis island, en route stops for swimming and snorkeling in the Hvar island archipelago. Healthy cooking class: How to prepare a balanced weekly menu to achieve your goals. We will prepare a light lunch on board all together. We continue toward Vis – proud of its limpid waters and protected submarine world, rich with sunken ships, WWII airplanes and magic marine images that have been hidden for years. We visit the town of Vis, with its historic palaces, patrician gardens and restaurants serving the freshest seafood. Late afternoon arriving on island of Vis. Dinner at a traditional restaurant. Overnight on board.
DAY 3 Coves of Vis and the Blue cave (B, L)
Early morning power walk around Vis town. Preparing a healthy breakfast on board. Sailing time from Vis to Blue Cave. The magic of Vis becomes complete when you enjoy a trip to the stunning Blue Cave on the nearby Biševo Island. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming in a cristal blue sea.Preparing a light lunch on board. Afternoon workshop: Balanced goal setting! For tonight our harbor is fisherman’s town of Komiža, one of the most charming Dalmatian towns and a perfect place for a glass of wine over the spectacular sunset. Free evening for your own program. Dinner in restaurant of your choice. Overnight on board.
DAY 4: Vis to Hvar (B, L)
Beach sunrise breath as an act of kindness (mindfulness class). Preparing a breakfast on board from fresh traditional ingredients. Sailing in the direction of Hvar island, but stop to enjoy swimming and snorkeling on Pakleni Islands, an archipelago just by Hvar. Lunch at amazing bay close to island of Hvar. During the sailing detoxworkshop: how to clean and repair your body after the excesses. Sunset mindfulness practice on deck. After a day of Adriatic Sea joys, sail over to Hvar town in no time! Known for its great nightlife, bars and restaurants, Hvar town also treasures its lively history and traditions. Free evening for your own program. Dinner in restaurant of your choice. Overnight on board.
DAY 5 Hvar Island (B)
Early morning hiking or cycling around Hvar island (supplement). Breakfast on board. Today we will discover an impact of walking on our body and emotions. Spend the day exploring Hvar and its wonderful historical, cultural and natural heritage. Visit the town of Hvar, enjoy the crystal waters in numerous secluded bays. Hvar is one of the sunniest islands of the Mediterranean and one of the most fun places on the entire coast! Dinner in restaurant of your choice. Overnight on board.
DAY 6 Leave Hvar to Brač (B, L)
Early morning walking meditation and working with distractions. Healthy breakfast on board. Sail to the island Brač and discover Croatia’s pebbly gem – Zlatni Rat beach in Bol, known for changing its shape with the wind.But Brač is much more than just Bol and its beaches. Its hidden interior still holds abandoned monasteries, ancient carvings of dragons in caves. It is also an island of world famous culinary traditions. During the sailing we will be preparing a lunch and have an Emotional eating workshop. Evening is free for your own activities. Overnight on board.
DAY 7 Brač Island (B,D)
Early morning mindfulness practice: observe sensations in our body practice. Breakfast on board and all day free for exploring the largest Dalmatian island on your own. Dinner at traditional Croatian restaurant. Overnight on board.
DAY 8 Split (B)
Breakfast on board. Disembark in the morning hours and meet your chauffeur for a private transfer to Split airport or to continue your adventure in Croatia!

Mindfulness is a life skill which can deepen our sense of well – being and fulfillment. It involves paying attention to what is occurring in our present moment experience, with an attitude of openness and non-judgmental acceptance. It engages all of our senses as we open to our entire experience becoming aware of our body, emotions, thoughts and the external environment.
It is about “coming back to our senses”, being in touch with ourselves, with others and our surroundings in the present moment.
