MEET THE INSTRUCTORS

Yoga instructor: Dijana Didi Šokčić

Born in Osijek, she has been dancing since age 7.

A lover of movement, art, music ... becomes a dance pedagogue and choreographer. After years and years of work in a dynamic dance world an accidental attendance of a yoga class revealed to her a whole new world of possibilities. She soon enrolled for Yoga Teacher Training at the well-known Divyi yoga school in Zagreb. She is exceptionally grateful to all her teachers, especially Sandra Pintarić, and all the knowledge and experience Sandra gifted her. Since then, she has been conducting group and private yoga classes, and since recently, has become a certified EFT (emotional freedom technique) practitioner. She enjoys helping people improve their quality of life.

Yoga instructor: Maja Ranogajec

Many different interests have influenced Maja today. They include being a lawyer, a conductor of yoga and pilates classes, and an EFT practitioner helping others on a psychological and emotional level. She completed Teacher Traning 200 in 2016, and currently attends Teacher Training 500 at Divya yoga school and center.

Although she started with vinyasa, she quickly discovered her the true love of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. She regularly attends various workshops to improve her practice.

She leads the Ashtange and Vinyase classes in Zagreb, and occasionally organizes workshops and yoga retreats. She is also a theta healing practitioner and personally practices the EFT technique.

The classes she teaches are a combination of dynamic and static yoga practice which influence the breath, body, mind and spirit. The balance of these three elements brings us health and longevity. She is particularly devoted to the development of strength of the whole body, to make the body more efficient as a whole, especially because of today's sedentary lifestyle, she wants to facilitate the journey towards deeper, nonphysical yogic practices such as pranayam and meditation.

Life coach & Mindfulness coach & EFT practitioner: Aleksandra Zadrović

Aleksandra Zadrović is a certified Life coach, EFT practitioner and Mindfulness trainer. The most important thing you need to know about her is that at age 48, Aleksandra showed her true strength and took her life into her own hands. From a life that was filled with great stress and instability she created an oasis of peace and love for herself. Now her goal is to convey how she did it to others, to teach others how to taste the beauty of a balanced life in harmony with nature. Her goal is to  inspire, motivate, educate as many people as possible on how to live their most ubiquitous 'I', open their hearts, their energy, and all the things they do not even see are at their disposal when they are in low vibration.

She inspires and motivates women -50+ and reminds them how to find balance, true happiness and life in perfect health. All of this is done using natual techniques that relax and teach how to let go. Only life in harmony with nature, its rhythms and laws, brings complete and perfect health.
