The „water world” is worth visiting! The freshly built bath complex of the wellness hotel presents total recreation and pleasant entertainment for every member of the family.

It is said that the word „Spa” has several origins, one say that the word comes from the Latin language: „sanus per aquam" meaning „health received from water” while others say it refers to the Belgian Spa pleasure resort but it is also possible that it is the abbreviation of the English word „sparkling”.

Maybe all are correct. It is a fact that nowadays treatments based on water, activities for freshness that make you feel good are meant under it and what else could be as much refreshing as traveling and the change of the environment.

Zalakaros is situated in the southwestern part of Hungary, only half an hour from Lake Balaton, known not only for its thermal water, but also for its wines and wine cellars, for its beautiful and clean green parks and for its famous festivals. This is a spa town!
Walking along the streets of Zalakaros you can feels the relaxing atmosphere everywhere. Tranquility and tideness labeled Zalakaros a spa town, and it also won the title of the city with the most flowers in Hungary, twice.

We recommend a walk of around one hour to the tower of the spa village or vineyard or wine tasting opportunities in the place. You can get to know Zalakaros with a little train, Dotto or Mini Express.

One of the best programs to participate in is the Bike Tour, where you can enjoy the views on the beauty of the national park KIS-Balaton by bike.
